Nicholas Combs advises clients on a variety of state and local tax matters, including multistate litigation, audit defense, and tax policy.
Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas worked in the state & local tax mergers & acquisitions group of a global accounting firm as well as a tax associate at a prominent New York law firm where he focused on federal, international, and state and local tax implications of corporation transactions.
Notably, Nicholas also completed the prestigious Summer Honors Program at the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel during his law school tenure.
