Rick Capossela advises clients on a variety of state and local tax matters, including multistate litigation, audit defense, and tax policy.
Prior to joining the firm, Rick worked in the state & local tax group of a global accounting firm. There, he advised business clients on multistate tax issues such as nexus, apportionment, and tax base modifications. During law school, Rick interned with Quinnipiac's Taxpayer Clinic, where he represented low-income clients before the Connecticut Department of Revenue and the IRS. He also graduated from law school with distinction in taxation.
