Mike Brewster advises clients on a variety of state and local tax matters, including multistate litigation, audit defense, and tax policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Mike worked in the state and local tax group at PwC US Tax LLP. There, he worked on various audits, representing corporations and partnerships before New York State, New York City, and other state tax authorities. He also worked with state tax authorities to resolve notices and outstanding issues on behalf of clients. Additionally, he advised partnerships and corporations on a range of state and local tax matters. 

During law school, Mike worked as an intern for AIG’s Corporate Tax Department. He also served as a member of the Brooklyn Law Review.
