Lauren Austin advises clients on a variety of state and local tax matters, including multi-state litigation, audit defense, and tax policy.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren worked in the state & local tax group of a global accounting firm. There, she performed state & local tax and payroll tax due diligence for all entity types and advised clients on multi-state tax issues arising therefrom, including nexus, taxability of products/services, and potential exposures to clients. During law school, Lauren served as a member of the Quinnipiac Law Review.
